Refunds are made of online victim impact panel payments whenever a county probation department refuses to accept an online victim impact panel in lieu of a live presentation or if duplicate payments have been made erroneously. Refunds are accomplished through credits to the credit card used by the registrant for payment and are accomplished immediately upon Victim Impact Speakers obtaining knowledge of either of the above circumstances.
